Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email, then affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
